Under The Cultural Catalyst Of Taiwan District Rural Public Space Renewal Research

Since the 1990 s,with the changing of industial structure in Taiwan district rural area,the agricultural output has shrunk and the young labors has flown to the citis.The hollowing out of the countryside,aging,and the decline of the public space have occurred.In order to solve the rural problems,the rural renewal movement gradually emerged.The successs of typical rural renewal changed the environment of some villages,but there are still some villages need to be rebuilt and renewal.In the study,the author analyzed the developmental predicament in Taiwan district rural post-industrial era.And combined the catalyst factors in the five elements of rural construction to form a cultural catalyst theory.The cultural catalyst theory is introduced into Taiwan district rural public space.With three stages of cultural catalyst carrier positioning,cultural catalyst carrier space shaping,and cultural catalyst carrier effect guidance.The paper mainly writes from three parts.Firstly,ask problem.Mainly through the research background,research origin,and related research status,the research content,research purpose and research framework are put forward.Through the analyze the process of the trandformation in rural public space from the agricultural era to the industrial age and them to the post-industrial age.Thirdly,analyse problem.Combine the catalyst theory with the cultural activity factors in the five elements of rural construction to form the theory of cultural catalysis and the carriers of “material”,“thing” and “human”.With the purpose of the cultural catalysis,guiding the current situation of rural public space in Taiwan.Including the weak and lack of catalyst carriers,lack of line space connectivity,lack of plane space comfort.Last,slove the problem.Combining the cultural catalyst theory and the status quo of Taiwan rural public space,formulate the renewal principle and strategies.Follow the principle of cultural catalysts,the principle of interaction,the principle of sustainable development,the principle of "material" carriers,and the principle of popular participation.And from the precise positioning of cultural catalysts,highlighting the point space,the connection of the line space,the promotion of the plane space,and the guidance of the effectiveness of the cultural catalyst carrier to develop strategies.Through an empirical study of the public space in the Kezailiao Fishing Village,Ziguan District of Kaohsiung,Taiwan.The principles and strategies are applied to the renewal plan of the public space in the Kezailiao Fishing Village.
