Based On The Behavior Characteristics Of The Nursing Home Outer Space Design Research

As the population aging in our country,the acceleration of aging process,the elderly care and nursing problem increasingly prominent.At the same time under the influence of the one-child policy and the social and economic transformation,the modern family structure presents the trend of miniaturization,feasibility,this trend makes the traditional family endowment functions are weakening,existing pension facilities and services have not unable to solve the growing pension service demand.Professional pension institutions will provide more professional and scientific pension for the elderly services,institution endowment will inevitably become an important support old-age service system in our country.At present,the most pension agency limited capital,land and the impact of factors such as design concept.Easy to ignore the demand for space of the elderly,especially the life of old people different health behavior characteristics of spatial difference demand,lead to in the construction of landscape space layout is unreasonable,the road system lack of utilization,the design of landscape detail design lacks and so on.Chengdu is a city rapid aging process,the unique topography,climate,geographical conditions and economic development level,such as culture,nursing home outdoor activity space has its uniqueness,but the current research on its attention is not enough,the construction remains to be perfect.Papers to chengdu nursing home as the main research content,explore conforms to the elderly physical,psychological and behavioral pattern of nursing home outer space optimization design research.This paper focuses on the nursing home in chengdu outer space as the main research content,through the questionnaire,observation and visiting survey,select representative and differences of the elderly in nursing home of chengdu as the research object,for its daily activity behavior model and space requirements,and connecting with the regional characteristics of chengdu,to outer space for the construction of the nursing home and paper summarizes the problems in use.Aims to tease out,through research and analysis,the design of the corresponding countermeasures,in order to strengthen nursing home external space environment of chengdu,and to guide the practice.This paper is divided into five parts,first introduced the domestic and foreign research results,the nursing home outer space research status at home and abroad was the comb,established the thesis topic and research direction;Second,field investigation and research of chengdu current pension industry development present situation,analyzes four typical cases nursing home,around the courts of the old man activity type,form,surrounding environment,external space layout,landscape details etc are analyzed,and points out its deficiency and redeeming feature,and to solve the problem of research and data analysis,use of space compared to sort out the main factors influencing the nursing home construction of external space and the common problems are as follows: from the current nursing home exterior space environment of chengdu of actual construction and usage,the lack of land,the design idea behind and capital investment,make nursing home exist in the construction of external space environment space fragmentation structure,the phenomenon of simplification,configuration space function but also because of the lack of in-depth study of the elderly physical,psychological and behavior patterns and have defects,lead to the nursing home space landscape quality is not high.As a result,this article in the fourth part focuses on the detailed analysis of the elderly have certain physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics,further expounds the relationship between behavior and space in the elderly.According to the research analysis,this paper puts forward the design countermeasures to solve the problem of the current nursing home of chengdu outer space: space structure,function,shape,road system and landscape details,we should departure from the actual situation of chengdu nursing home space structure of compact layout;Should emphasize diversification on the function,increase the inclusive and compound design;Morphological aspects using artificial processing technique to construct the three-dimensional terrain and multi-level space form,strengthen the infiltration of indoor and outdoor space,to improve the comfort and safety space;And on this basis,the optimization of road system and increase the green plant,the layout of scientific and reasonable public infrastructure such as the detailed design,the design principle of security,identifiable,convenient penetrated into all aspects of external space design at the nursing home.Finally the combination of theory with practice,combining with in this paper,the results of actual project in the optimization design of external space environment.
