Global climate change has raised the requirements of low-carbon development for all countries in the world.As the world's second-largest carbon emission industry,the transportation industry has exceeded one-fifth of the world's total carbon emissions.In order to solve the increasingly prominent contradiction between fuel supply and demand and environmental pollution,major automobile manufacturers in the world have accelerated the promotion of new energy vehicles and announced the timetable for the suspension of the sale of traditional fuel vehicles.New energy vehicles,especially electric vehicles,have become the focus of research in major universities and research institutions,as well as the strategic development of major car companies.The power battery assembly is the most important core component of an electric vehicle.Its End of Line(EOL)test is an important part of its production process and generates a large amount of test data every day.In today's increasingly prominent data value,the value of the test data of power battery assembly EOL test should not only remain on the determination of whether the test item is qualified,but should be analyzed and excavated in-depth to fully use the data,and provide effective data support for the development of battery assembly and EOL testing standards.Therefore,it is of great significance to research and develop a platform that can efficiently obtain EOL test data and perform data analysis.This article is for my internship where new energy automotive battery production,design a data analysis platform for EOL of the power battery assembly.It mainly includes the following tasks:Firstly,according to the follow-up inspection of the process of solving unqualified problems of EOL test,thinking about the role of data analysis in this process,propose the functional requirements of data analysis that meets the actual engineering requirements.Secondly,according to the requirements,data analysis platform for EOL test of the power battery assembly was designed and implemented.The platform consists of four logical layers: a visual interface layer based on Html,CSS,JavaScript,and Highcharts,a graphical interface backend service layer,a database layer,and an EOL testing software layer;Thirdly,based on the existing EOL testing software and the data analysis requirements,the real-time calculation of added key parameters and the preservation of key parameters and some important raw data are added to the existing EOL testing software.Last,taking the positioning of the problem of dynamic voltage differences in the production process of power batteries as an example,the application of the data analysis platform in engineering practice is demonstrated.
