In recent years,with the increasing depletion of traditional energy and the pollution of traditional energy sources,"green energy" is attracting more and more attention.As the key project in the new energy application,the pure electric vehicle industry has made rapid development,and its development has also led the related industrial chain.As a supporting industry,the battery testing industry also ushered in the spring of development.At present,the demand for power battery testing equipment in the market is increasing,with the support of the national policy,the investment of the vast majority of manufacturers is becoming more and more important.The requirements for testing equipments are also higher and higher.They are developing towards high speed,high accuracy and high real-time.This project has designed a high-speed data acquisition system used in power battery testing industry.The whole system is divided into multi layer architecture,including sampling module,master control module and upper computer system.The sampling module is responsible for the data collection of the single channel.The main control module is responsible for collecting the data of the multi-channel.The host computer is responsible for displaying and storing data,and supporting the export of data and the function of drawing and analyzing.The main content of this topic is to explain the design idea of the hardware design of the whole system,including the introduction of sampling circuit,communication circuit,power module and so on.In the design of embedded software,it mainly introduces the writing of DM9000 driver and the implementation of the protocol stack,and the processing of the error module.This paper introduces several modules of software,including the design and implementation of BMS management,test process management,data acquisition management,data management module and so on.In terms of structure,technology and reliability,we also made detailed design combined with practical experience.After testing,the system meets the requirements of design input index.Finally,the future development direction of the system is described.
