At the end of the twentieth century,the problems of traditional fossil energy consumption and environmental pollution have become the two key factors restricting human development,and human beings urgently need to solve energy problems under the premise of environmental friendliness.Lithium ion batteries have the performance advantages of high energy density,high power density,high energy conversion rate,and extremely environmental friendliness,so they have become an ideal substitute for traditional fossil fuels.With the development of lithium-ion battery technology,scientific research and engineering practice have new demands for lithium-ion battery performance test data processing and comprehensive performance evaluation.This thesis makes the following researches on performance testing,data processing and comprehensive performance evaluation of lithium-ion batteries:(1)Analyze the construction methods and applicable scenarios of the existing lithium-ion battery data processing system,and study the methods and applications of the existing lithium-ion battery basic performance evaluation,model evaluation,comprehensive evaluation and other evaluation methods.(2)Study the test system and test standards of lithium-ion batteries,focusing on the constant volume experiment,small-rate current charging experiment,HPPC experiment,and cycle life experiment in lithium-ion battery laboratory tests,and obtain lithium ions according to these four types of experiments Battery performance parameters.(3)The experimental data processing flow based on Python is proposed to solve the major and difficult problems in data processing,and a lithium-ion battery data processing and analysis platform based on Python is established.The platform is used to verify the feasibility of the data processing method proposed in this paper,and the platform is used to automate the processing of lithium-ion battery test data to obtain battery performance parameters and achieve the comparison function of multiple sets of experimental data.(4)Screen the performance parameters obtained by the data processing system and establish a comprehensive evaluation system of the battery based on the analytic hierarchy process;according to the two application scenarios of new battery selection and retired battery screening,perform performance tests on the sample batteries and substitute the obtained parameters for evaluation The system evaluates and selects the best sample battery.
