With the rapid development of industrial production informatization,automation,and intelligence,there is a growing demand for smart devices and engineering applications that incorporate a new generation of information technology and industrial equipment.For the needs of intelligent development,this paper aims at the advantages and disadvantages of attitude measurement for GPS and inertial devices,and builds a combined GPS and inertial device attitude determination platform based on vehicles to achieve a stable output vehicle attitude under static and dynamic conditions.The function of information.Provides a technical support for the automation of vehicles in engineering applications.The design major research work:Firstly,the composition and principle of two kinds of navigation systems are studied respectively.The commonly used coordinate systems and mutual conversion relations are introduced in the process of measurement.The attitude measurement methods and related equations are also studied and deduced through GPS and inertial units.According to the principle of attitude measurement,GPS and inertial devices were used to carry out attitude measurement experiments.For GPS and inertial navigation,their respective advantages and disadvantages were determined.The Kalman filter was used for data fusion to determine the overall technical solution of GPS and INS.According to the functional requirements of the combined attitude determination system,hardware selection,power supply circuit design and software flow design are programmed.Finally,the GPS and inertial device MPU9250 are used to build the hardware platform of GPS and inertial device attitude measurement system,and the hardware and software used are debugged.At last,a GPS and inertial device integrated navigation attitude measurement system designed for this subject was used to test the static attitude determination experiment and dynamic attitude determination experiment of theexperimental car.The experimental results show that the combined attitude measurement system designed in this paper has good reliability and can guarantee the measurement accuracy of the applied engineering vehicle.
