| Modern Warfare precision weapons increasingly high demand for conventional munitions guidance,the development of intelligence background and needs of MEMS inertial devices,integrated navigation system has broad application prospects in the military field.As a core part of the navigation system,the combined attitude measurement technology has a great influence on the performance and accuracy of the navigation system.In this paper,the attitude measurement system of rotary ammunition is used as the engineering application background,and the attitude measurement system based on MEMS inertial/geomagnetic combination is designed,and the high-performance digital signal processor TMS320F28335 is applied in combination with the requirements of low-cost,miniaturization and high-dynamic real-time performance.In the system,and through GPS,Kalman filtering information fusion technology to further improve system accuracy.The paper firstly summarizes the current method of combined navigation attitude measurement and describes the development status of integrated navigation system.Then some basic theories used in MEMS inertial/geomagnetic combination attitude determination system are summarized in detail.According to the working principle and functional requirements of the combined attitude determination system,the system design and the selection of core components are performed;then the hardware circuit design of the combined attitude determination system is proposed,the system adopts the high overload resistance of MEMS gyro inertial devices,magnetic sensor and performance of A/D converter to constitute signal acquisition unit,high performance digital signal processor TMS320F28335 is applied to the system,navigation calculating system that controls A/D by DSP is realized,these provide the conditions for complex algorithm of the navigation system;finally,the system software design is carried out.The rotary table test was performed on the geomagnetic roll angle measurement system and the combined attitude measurement system prototype.The test showed that there is no error accumulation in the geomagnetic attitude measurement system,and the cumulative error of the gyroscope can be compensated in the combined attitude measurement.The experiment also verified the rationality and reliability of the hardware and software design of the MEMS inertial/geomagnetic combination attitude measurement system. |
