In recent years,the rapid development of informatization,automation and intellectualization of industrial production has greatly promoted the integration and innovation of information technology and engineering vehicles.And,the intellectualization of the engineering vehicle refers to the engineering vehicle aggregate sensor to identify the working environment and the posture of the vehicle body,and to perform the task on the job site judgment and automatic operation of the actuator according to the detected data.In which that precise location of the engineer vehicle is an important basis for intelligentize engineering vehicles.In this design,a GPS system with high positioning accuracy is adopted,and intelligent engineering vehicle experimental device is designed and manufactured.The design major research work:This design analyzes the global system positioning principle,selects and builds the GPS system based on the Real Time Kinematic,and realizes the centimeter-level positioning.This design completed the overall program for the experimental vehicle based on the actual demand.It design and manufactured that experiment main control chip with high performance single chip STM32F103ZET6 as the main control chip;The design and production of the steering motor drive circuit and steering Angle detection circuit are completed;The power conversion module and experimental vehicle speed control module are designed and manufactured.According to the requirements of the GPS,the communication protocol of STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller and GPS receiver was formulated and designed.This design has completed the overall software design and related programming of the experimental vehicle,including speed control,steering control,positioning and course information reading,and experimental vehicle automatic running program.It has completed the production of the engineering vehicle simulation device,which is the intelligent experimental device which can realize automatic speed adjustment,automatic steering and precise positioning.The engineering vehicle simulators were tested for location and track tracking and experimental data was analyzed.
