Inertial attitude sensor is one of the major measuring components in satellite attitude control.The gyroscope,the core parts of the inertial attitude sensor,is used to measure the movement of the satellite body relative to the inertial space angular velocity.All patterns used in satellite,providing long-term satellite attitude benchmark,play an important role.As the continuous improvement in accuracy requirements of satellite attitude measurement in the space,the application of high precision inertial attitude sensor has become the trend of the development of the inertial navigation field in the future.Meanwhile,since we have more kinds of new types of inertial attitude sensor,functional interface design is more and more complex,traditional acquisition and measurement and control system have been unable to meet the demand of development.Aiming at the development characteristics of the inertial attitude sensor and the requirements of measurement and control,it is particularly important to design and develop a set of signal acquisition and control system with high real-time,high accuracy,high degree of automation,strong expansion ability and stable and reliable inertial attitude sensor collection and control system.The system can obtain satellite attitude information in real-time and precision.Through the acquisition and measurement and control system of the inertial attitude sensor,we can measure the inertial attitude sensor calibration of the main performance index,control product work state in variety of modes of instruction,acquire and record each output data of gyroscope,monitor the reliability test data for a long-term,and realize the automatic interpretation of data.According to the above requirements,this thesis studies for satellite inertial measurement of inertial attitude sensor acquisition and measurement and control system,based on the working principle of the gyroscope,wide survey and depth of domestic and foreign development present situation analysis,detailed design,implementation of the inertial attitude sensor acquisition and measurement and control system hardware modules.The functions include telemetry analog quantity acquisition,differential pulse single-end pulse acquisition,gyro circuit instruction,relay control instruction,constant current source testing,hysteresis test and power acquisition.According to the actual hardware circuit design,the software module of the inertial attitude sensor collection and measurement and control system is designed and implemented,it includes digital telemetering pulse acquisition,analog acquisition,communication interface configuration,performance test,control signal mode selection,data monitoring,management and alarming for abnormal of long-term reliability test as well as the functions such as the bottom drive program.The acquisition and the measurement and control system of Inertial attitude sensor provide necessary support and reliable guarantee in software and the hardware functions for the long term stability of the operation mode of the inertial attitude sensor selection,performance testing and developmental testing.The design feasibility of this system has been fully verified.At present,the system has been put into the development stage of the inertial attitude sensor,and it is widely deployed in the production and development of the inertial attitude sensor of various models.As an important part of inertial measurement,the inertial attitude sensor acquisition and measurement and control system provides a strong conditional guarantee for satellite attitude measurement and control.It has great engineering significance and application value.
