In the process of aging,the care of the elderly is increasingly becoming a prominent social problem.The multifunctional electric nursing bed provides an effective solution to this problem.It can help elderly population and physically disabled patients to lift back,rollover,flexor leg,clean and so on automatically.It alleviates the shortage of medical resources,relieves the workload of nursing staff and improves the quality of nursing care greatly.People put forward higher requirements for nursing beds with the improvement of material living standards.The first demand is that its functions be more perfect,the structure is more reasonable and the weight is more light;second,the control system is required to be more intelligent and user-friendly.In order to improve the quality of care,this paper designs a multi-functional electric nursing bed based on ergonomics.The size of the major agencies and the morphology of the key components have been optimized.At the same time a set of intelligent,user-friendly control system has been developed.The main work is as follows:(1)The relevant documents at home and abroad have been reviewed to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of existing products.The functional requirements and design specifications have been designed based on market research results and nursing bed design standards(YY0003-1990,YY/T0571-2005).The selection of mechanisms has been completed and The size of the multifunctional nursing bed has been designed.Finally,the structural design has been completed.(2)Those virtual prototypes of back-support mechanism and flexion-leg mechanism,have been built based on ADAMS.The angular acceleration curves of the key components in each institution are studied.The design variables that have a great influence on the angular acceleration curve are obtained,and the values of the design variables are optimized to be the best.The maximum and mean values of the angular acceleration curve have been reduced.Finally,the size of each agency has been optimized.(3)The control scheme has been designed based on the functional requirements and design specifications of nursing bed.The program has been written by GX Works2 under the guide of control scheme to control back-support mechanism,flexion-leg mechanism,rollover mechanism,cleaning mechanism and realize the monitoring functions such as toilet monitoring and position monitoring.The control interface of multifunction electric nursing bed has been developed based on Kingview and C language.The control interface is posted to the internet to achieve remote control and monitoring of nursing bed.The control program and interface have been verified by experiments and the result is in line with the expectation.(4)The finite element model of nursing bed has been established by ABAQUS to study the stress distribution of bedboard with the ultimate loading.The key components have been topologically optimized.After optimization,the strain energy and volume are all reduced.The carrying capacity and structural rigidity of the key components have been improved.
