Multi-functional nursing bed can assist the disabled to complete the basic rehabilitation exercise,improve their self-care ability,but also reduce the workload and the work intensity of the nursing staff.Now the multi-functional nursing bed has so many problems such as poor flexibility,poor requirements to meet the human body movement,poor use safety and comfort,etc.Based on the rehabilitation training needs of disabled persons,the functional structures of the existing nursing bed is improved,the multi-functional nursing bed is designed based on the human sports needs,and the kinematic analysis and control is carried out,according to the human kinematics and ergonomics.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The level of disabled people is divided,based on the ADL(Activities of Daily Living)rule;Studied the nursing needs and sports needs of different disabled people and extracted the design criteria of multifunctional nursing bed: design principles,functional requirements and design indicators,on the premise of flexibility,safety and comfort.(2)Design the space and the bed board,considering the problems such as easy side sliding,easy sliding and lack of lumbar support for the disabled,according to the design criteria of the nursing bed.Analyze and determine the component's length and materials,according to the data of human dimensions of Chinese adults(GB 10000-88)and the provisions of ergonomics on the nursing bed.And establish the 3D simulation model of the multi-functional nursing bed which can anti-slip and support waist.(3)Based on the motion principle and geometric relationship of the components of the multi-functional nursing bed auxiliary mechanism,the vector equation of each auxiliary mechanism is established,its kinematic model is derived,and it is solved and analyzed by Matlab.Based on Adams simulation software,the actual motion law of each auxiliary mechanism is simulated and analyzed;The calculation results and simulation results are compared and analyzed to verify the rationality and validity of the nursing bed.(4)Aiming at the multi-functional nursing bed that meets the sports needs and nursing needs of the disabled,combined with its auxiliary functions,design and study the control system.Firstly,according to the motion law of each auxiliary mechanism,analyze and determine the model of the electric putter.According to the motion needs of the disabled person,use and design the human-computer interaction mode of the wired button.Secondly,combination with the function demand of the control system,design the overall scheme and the control of the drive device.Finally,analyze the workflow of control system.The multi-functional nursing bed designed based on human motion needs can achieve flexible installation and smooth movement of all auxiliary function for different disabled people,and meet the requirements of safety and comfort.It can help the disabled people rehabilitation exercise,and provide theoretical basis for practical design and research of nursing bed.
