The frame is one of the important structures in the crane.From the existing equipment,the design concept still remains in the past period of time.It has not reached the standards required by the modern mechanics,which results in the limited practical performance,safety performance.Not high,in order to make up for this technical defect,engineers perform supplementary operations outside the technical level,such as increasing wall thickness,but in this way,the quality of the entire equipment is far beyond the conventional standard,resulting in the use of equipment.Many inconveniences.This article will discuss this design defect from the perspective of physical stress,find out the irrationalities,and focus on its shortcomings,use ANSYS Workbench optimization module to optimize the design of the frame structure.First of all,an in-depth analysis of the structure of a company's 16-ton truck crane has been carried out.The truck crane has been subjected to force analysis.Under different working conditions,the maximum lifting weight of the crane will be different.Therefore,research is needed.Finite Element Analysis and Optimization Design of Vehicle Frame under Different Working Conditions.Secondly,the basic theory of finite element analysis is briefly described,the overall structure of the frame is analyzed,the simplified principle is used to simplify it,and the physical model of the frame and the finite element model of the frame are established;The grid makes reasonable unit selections and grid divisions.The frame is considered as a whole.The types of loads applied are analyzed.Analytical software is used to analyze all aspects,and the junctions at the centers of rotation and at all levels of the activities are found.There is a serious stress concentration at other locations.The overall stress value of the main beam of the frame is small,the stress value is unevenly distributed,and the structural strength margin is relatively large.It is necessary to structure and arrange the cross section of the main beam,partitions,etc.Optimize the design to further reduce the weight of the frame structure.Finally,based on ANSYS Workbench,a 16-ton truck crane frame structure optimization model was established.Through optimization and analysis,it was found that the overall stress of the frame was within the allowable stress range,and its maximum value was also significantly reduced.This shows that the optimization effect is extremely significant.The frame quality is reduced by about 180 kg,which saves costs while ensuring quality.In order to verify the optimized structural strength of the16-ton truck crane frame,an optimized finite element model of the 16-ton truck crane frame was established,and its structural strength under four different operating conditions was simulated and analyzed.The stress distribution is relatively uniform,and it can be operated stably for a long period of time.In the trial operation stage,the frame is in good condition and does not fail.
