| In recent years,China’s civil aviation transport industry has developed rapidly.In order to meet the increasing demand for traffic,airports have been continuously expanded,making the scale gradually expanded and the layout increasingly complex.The efficiency of airport operation depends on whether the fast response of support service can be realized in the complex airport operation environment.In order to ensure normal flights,improve the level of flight assurance services,and promote the development of hub airports towards high quality.Therefore,it has important theoretical and application value to evaluate the configuration of ground support vehicles and optimize the vehicle scheduling.This thesis on the factors that influence efficiency of flight ground support services carried on the thorough analysis,select the typical evaluation indexes,and using AHP combined with K-Means clustering method,to determine the comprehensive weights of each index and rank,from the perspective of qualitative analysis,illustrates on the importance of vehicles is studied to improve the service efficiency.Secondly,the vehicle support capability evaluation model is established.Taking the actual operation data of hub airport as an example,the configuration evaluation of flight ground support vehicles is completed,and whether the existing vehicles can meet the actual operation demand is analyzed.From the perspective of quantitative analysis,the necessity of optimizing ground support vehicle scheduling is illustrated.Then,in order to ensure can adjust the space smaller tank tanker truck and shuttle buses,for example,set up the minimum total dispatched trains,the lowest cost of service time,task,equilibrium degree as the target of best joint scheduling model,analyzes the methods for solving multi-objective optimization model,and based on the IGD indicators to determine the NSGAIII algorithm for joint scheduling algorithm of solving the model.Finally,taking Beijing Capital International Airport as an example,the joint and individual vehicle scheduling models are solved based on NSGA-III algorithm,and the two scheduling schemes are compared according to the solution results.The results show that the proposed joint scheduling model performs better than the single scheduling model in terms of time cost,total number of vehicles and task balance,saves a lot of scheduling time and improves the utilization rate of vehicles.In addition,from the perspective of energy saving,the joint dispatching of vehicles reduces energy consumption to a certain extent,which is also in line with the construction concept of green airport. |
