Research On Post-evaluation Of Space Design Of South Library Of Shenzhen University

With the arrival of the digital age,the functions and spatial patterns of the university libraries are changing imperceptibly.The traditional library with the function of borrowing and collecting has evolved into a collection of information,digitization and service.The social complex learning center serves the vast number of teachers and students.However,the university library finds that there are some problems in the space design during the operation stage,such as: the space layout is single,the space utilization ratio is not high,The space scale comfort degree is poor,so it is urgent to plan and reset scientifically and reasonably.As a scientific evaluation method,the user’s personal experience and actual feeling about the built environment should be taken as a scientific evaluation method In this paper,the subjective evaluation information of university library is transformed into rational analysis,and the state of architecture in practical use is discussed,and the architectural design strategy that meets the actual needs is obtained.Based on the above background,this paper,based on the literature and related theoretical research,takes post-use assessment as the main research method,and carries out exploratory investigation on three university libraries in Shenzhen.Free interview and other technical methods,summed up the explicit and implicit needs of the reader’s use behavior,obtained the evaluation index factor set and determined the evaluation index,Construct scientific evaluation logic.Then take the South Library of Shenzhen University as the research object,The use of space is subdivided into three parts: "learning space","retrieval cashier space" and "active communication space".According to the environmental psychology,statistics,sociology and other disciplines,from the reader’s behavioral characteristics and psychological needs,from the functional performance,Through the statistical analysis of the evaluation results,the paper summarizes the success and the existing problems in the space design of the South Library of Shenzhen University.This paper puts forward the appropriate optimization strategy of library space design,which can provide some meaningful reference for architects to design university library buildings more efficiently and reasonably in the future.
