As an important public open space of the city, the urban park is a place where urban residents can enjoy daily leisure and exercise.Shenzhen's high-density,fast-paced,and stressful living environment has increased the urban population's demand for urban parks. With the shortage of construction land in Shenzhen,Shenzhen continues to develop to high density and hybrid development.Urban parks also need to be planned and designed in accordance with the actual needs of users to meet the requirements for the construction of efficient services. The mixed urban development provides a variety of real estate layouts around the urban parks, which allows the parks to be used maximally by different users, and at the same time requires that the parks can accommodate diverse crowd activities. Therefore, based on the spatial location of the comprehensive park, this paper discusses the actual needs of the comprehensive park under different built environments and the impact of different built environments on the use of the park. From the perspective of built environment, this paper studies the design and application of integrated parks under different built-up environments according to the process of “basic research ? design of research programs ? data collection and collation ? empirical analysis ? strategy recommendations”,and take three comprehensive parks in Shenzhen as an example to do empirical research and analyze the impact of the built environment on the use of comprehensive parks so as to provide reference for the construction, transformation, and management of comprehensive parks.First, analyze the surrounding built environment and use of the three comprehensive parks, and then compare and analyze the use of the comprehensive parks under different built environments, and combine the correlation between demographic characteristics of the park users and the basic characteristics of the users, the correlation between buildings with different functions and parks, study the impact of different built environments on the use of comprehensive parks. The results show that: the highest demand for parks is residential buildings, followed by office and industrial buildings, commercial buildings, and the degreeof demand is not decreasing one by one;The proportion of residential building types, the proportion of office and industrial types, and the proportion of commercial building types have a certain impact on the instantaneous visitor flow at different time periods;there is a certain difference in the users' behavioral characteristics between parks with high proportion of residential buildings and high proportion of office and industrial buildings within the service area, there is a certain difference in the demand for park space;a comprehensive park with a high degree of mix of buildings within a service area can increase the use of parks for a specific period of time, but not the higher the mix,the higher the park's usage rate; The higher the mix of street functions in the area, the greater the flow of people entering the park from the entrance and exit. Finally,it puts forward strategic suggestions from the three aspects of the architectural type's demand for the comprehensive park, the comprehensive park space design under different built environment and the comprehensive park management.
