Moss has become a favorite because of its bright green color and the lovely shape, not only in the room, the desk can be formed highly decorative effect "micro-landscape",in general garden spaces can also have its place.Because of thedeficiency in cultivating and propagating technology, the moss gardening developsrelatively slowly.Leucobryum juniperoideum,Fissidens dubius and Didymodon constrictus was considered to be an excellentornamental bryophyte, but the mechanism underlying its propagation and growth ispoorly known. For revealing its population distribution patterns, habitat types andlimitation factors of introduction, its habitats were investigated in the Nanshui Lake National Wetland Park.By studying the propagation and cultivation methods, grasp the growth and development rules and characteristics, screened garden suitable for large-scale production and application of moss species and reproduction, and screened for the optimal cultivation substrate, summarize key points cultivated conservation. Finally, explore effective ways and means of bryophytes Landscaping. The mainresults of this paper were summarized bellow.(1)To summarize the habitat characteristics, selected environmental conditions suitable for the growth of moss, lay the foundation for the further introduction and cultivation and propagation of garden landscaping application, systematically investigated moss habitat in Nanshui Lake National Wetland Park. The populations of L.juniperoideum were distributed in elevations from 150 m to 260 m in the Nanshui Lake National Wetland Park. There are threepop ulation distribution types,i.e.the epigeic populations, the epixylous populations and the epilithic populations. The populations of F.dubius were distributed in elevations from 400 m to 620 m in the Nanshui Lake National Wetland Park. There are twopopulation distribution types,i.e.the epigeic populations and the epilithic populations. The populations of D.constrictus were distributed in elevations from 750 m to 920 m in the Nanshui Lake National Wetland Park. There is only onepopulation distribution types,i.e.the epilithic populations.Three K inds of typical habitats, different seasonal climatic factors are quite different.Explainedlight, humidity and temperature changes of moss to adapt to a wider scope.(2)To form the key technology moss-scale production,large-scale production of L.juniperoideum,F.dubius and D.constrictus, and its application to provide theoretical support, studied its cultivation breeding methods. The results showed that pieces transplant is not suitable for L.juniperoideum.And the testof the small stem culturing showed that L.juniperoideum and D.constrictus have higher requirements for environmental conditions, needing to further explore the effects of different environmental factors(Light, moisture, temperature,pH,etc.)for reproductive cultivation, and choosing a more rational cultivation reproduction, optimized growth environment. Also shows, leaf Pteris moss has a strong reproductive capacity and adaptability, its broken stem culture can be extended to large-scale production and garden landscaping applications(3)The testof the small stem culturing showed that culture media were the key factors for mossfarming, and the survival rate of L.juniperoideum seedlings was higher on the peat, the mixed media of peat and garde n soil(1:1)orthe mixed media of peat and mountain clay(1:1)than the others. But,the survival rate of F.dubius and D.constrictus seedlings was higher on the garden soil, the mixed media of peat and garden soil(1:1)than the others.(4)By dead wood landscaping and growth comparison on clay brick and concrete block, the test shows that dead wood piles, rotten wood and bark laterite bricks can be extended to garden landscaping applications of L.juniperoideum.And further study on the feasibility of diversification and landscape forms.
