Study On Plants Landscaping Of Ecological Garden And Its Developing Thought In Changsha City

The ecological environment problem situation of the city is severe at present. According to the problems emerging in the process of construction and development of the urban landscape, and combining the analysis and research of the status and development trends of the plants landscaping of garden at home and abroad are made, this paper points that the direction and development of constructing a modern urban landscape is the ecological garden. Then it summaries the functions of the plant landscaping of garden, advantages, principles, forms, and other theories and knowledge of the relationship between landscape elements. And expounds the concept and connotation of ecological garden, the formation of its theory and the ecological development of the garden city at home as well as abroad, and the research purposes and significance of this paper are proposed subsequently.This paper takes Changsha city as the range of the investigation and research, and demonstrates its landscaping of garden plants and its development in detail. Changsha city has a favorable condition to create a strong ecological garden city for its own unique natural conditions, rich plant resources, long history and culture background. Author chooses six different kinds of greenland types:Yuelu Mountain Scenic Plot, Martyrs Park, Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt, May 1 Green Square, green areas near by the main streets and greenland above and under the overpass, as investigating the concrete place, analyses and appraises the current status of garden plants landscaping and ecological evaluation. Contents investigated have gardening plant species, type, quantity in gardens, growth condition, ornamental characteristics and its gardening application and disposition way. Adopting two formulas of abundant degree and diversified index to deal with the data, author analyses and researches the enriching degree and variety of plant in the garden green land of Changsha, and summarizes some problems existing in the garden landscape. Combining with the advantage of rich plant resources in Changsha, author still proposes a choice tactics of garden plant in Changsha City.This paper mainly in the view of Botany, Landscape Ecology, Plant Ecology, Plant community, Garden Ecology, Landscape Aesthetics, Garden Dendrology and other related theories, from the angle of plant landscaping of garden, discusses how Changsha City becomes an ecological garden city. Finally author makes the conclusion that the plant landscaping of Changsha should take ecology, localization, specializes, diversified development paths. The concrete measure needing to take is as follows:(1) Abundant the kinds of plant in the garden, and increase its green coverage rate;(2) Choose and dispose the plant scientifically, and adhere to the principle of the right plant rightly;(3) Develop the native plants resources in Changsha strengthly, and increase its application rate in garden, in order to form its region characteristic;(4) Increase the plant variety and the landscape diversity in the garden, and improve the landscape quality of Changsha.
