In modern society,people are increasingly high requirements for commercial buildings,has not only just be satisfied with shopping and dining,and more is the pursuit of a higher level of commercial buildings public space environment.Modern commercial building design should be people-oriented,to meet the basic needs of consumers pay more attention to the psychological experience of consumer behavior.Due to China's commercial building development time is shorter,compared with the developed countries have a certain gap,and China's economic and social and cultural environment and foreign large difference,thereby drawing more limited foreign commercial building design,therefore,this thesis psychological behavior science theory,by three different district of Beijing typical commercial building field research and analysis,as well as consumer behavior observation,records and questionnaires,put forward on behalf of consumers shopping perspective view,contribute to the future of commercial buildings design.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction,describes the background,purpose,research related to domestic and international situation,the research object and methods.The second part of the environmental psychology,behavioral architecture,consumer behavior analysis,psychological and commercial buildings public space concept,the main function,summed up the relationship between consumer behavior and psychology commercial building space.The third part is mainly on commercial buildings environmental behavior of field research.Consumer behavior through observation,questionnaires and random interviews,questionnaires using SPSS statistical software for in-depth analysis,a understanding of different consumer commercial construction of public space needs.The fourth case by comparative analysis,summarized the relevant techniques and suggestions for commercial building design.The fifth part of the whole thesis are summarized and presented the lack of research on.
