A Preliminary Study On The Diversified Design Of Prefabricated Housing

China is a country with serious environmental pollution and a shortage of per capita resources.Therefore,environmental protection and resource conservation have been included in the basic national policy.The energy consumption of traditional extensive construction mode is relatively large,and is no longer applicable.Now,all countries and regions have set off a upsurge of prefabricated housing,which is a green,environmental,energy-saving,high efficiency,more in line with the development of the new model of our country.The prefabricated housing is in the ascendant in our country.At present,most of the relevant theoretical research and practice are on the standardization,but neglecting the importance of its diversification.Therefore,this paper takes the diversified form of prefabricated housing as the research object.In this paper,the present situation of the prefabricated housing at home and abroad is expounded.After that,the form of the prefabricated housing is combed,and the methods of the architectural morphology,space combination and architectural color psychology are used to make a preliminary discussion on the diversified design method of the prefabricated housing in the form.This article is divided into four parts,including five chapters.The first chapter(Introduction)is the first part.It focuses on the background and source of the prefabricated housing,briefly describes the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the contents and methods.The second chapter(the outline of the diversified development of prefabricated housing forms abroad)and the third chapter(the diversified development and present situation of the prefabricated housing form)in China are the second parts.This paper summarizes the development history of prefabricated housing abroad,and summarizes the diversified development and current situation of the prefabricated housing in China.The fourth chapter(the theoretical basis for the design of prefabricated housing)is the third part.First of all,the concept,theoretical foundation,composition and performance of the prefabricated housing form are expounded to lay a theoretical foundation for the diversifieddesign of the prefabricated housing form.The fifth chapter(the diversified design method of prefabricated housing form)is the fourth part.Through the arrangement and research of this article,we put forward some personal opinions on the diversified design of prefabricated housing form,such as material,color and space combination,combined with the architecture morphology and space combination theory.
