Integrated Housing demand in our country great, and gradually become China's new urbanization, new rural construction force, and there is a low production efficiency, long construction period, material consumption and other issues Design domestic integrated housing industry and construction methods, traditional design methods and construction methods so that good quality housing to promote integration will be very difficult and causing a huge waste of resources.In this paper, an integrated housing development fabricated integrated housing system, the integrated architecture of this type of housing, floor systems, wall systems design research. Including modular design of the structural system was designed research; design and development system for floor assembly forms an integral laminated floor; wall system design and development of the light steel keel composite wall insulation system. Through the above three aspects of design research to improve the energy efficiency of the assembly and construction of integrated housing, provide the basis for an integrated prefabricated housing promotion.(1) Prefabricated houses integrated architecture, a steel frame structure for prefabricated housing construction characteristics of integrated, modular steel frame design. Module division and connections of steel frames were designed, the structure of the assembled force analysis to ensure the safety of the structure. The steel frame house processing module in the plant, install laminate member, pouring laminated layer, install the appropriate wall members, complete the module processing, transportation to the site of the construction works of the module assembly. This form of structure to better achieve the integrated housing fabricated construction, improve the construction speed, reduce environmental pollution, reduce waste of resources, effective implementation of building energy efficiency.(2) Prefabricated houses using integrated monolithic assembly form laminated floor, laminate factory in the workshop production of modules shipped to the processing plant, installed on a steel laminate module, pouring laminated layer, to complete the module floor section the factory processing. This paper designed and developed a reinforcement of prestressed concrete composite floor trusses, prefabricated base plate for the mechanical calculations, and precast floor compared mechanical properties test, to ensure the safety and suitability of the floor. Prefabricated factory floor construction process studies were designed to provide a guarantee for the Integrated Housing assembly factory production.(3) Fabricated using integrated housing wall insulation decorative plate form, after the completion of the processing plant wallboard wallboard production processing, transportation to the processing plant module installed on the corresponding wall panels steel frame modules. In this paper, the design and development of light steel keel composite insulation panels, the panels were constructed in the form of design, the thermal performance of the wall were calculated on the wallboard factory production was designed. Through the above research design, the panels can satisfy the requirements of prefabricated construction, and the wall has good thermal insulation effect, provided a guarantee for the fabricated integrated housing building energy.
