With the increasingly stringent fuel consumption and emissions regulations and the increasing attention given to urban air pollution,people's demands for automotive power,economy,and environmental performance are increasing.Engine is the power source of vehicle,and it has the greatest influence on the economy and environmental protection of vehicle.Engine information acquisition system is an important equipment for engine performance detection.In the research process of engine energy saving and emission reduction technology,the system can monitor the working state of engine in real-time,collect engine running Data,and testing whether the work of each sensor is normal or not.With the continuous development of engine electronic technology,sensor technology and field bus technology,the automotive industry has put forward higher requirements for the accuracy,rapidity and anti-interference of the engine information acquisition system.At present,traditional distributed measurement and control equipment is still used in the engine bench performance laboratory of some universities and enterprises in China.The engine information acquisition and communication wiring is long and complex,and the traditional engine measurement and control system can only collect a few common sensor information,which can not reflect the status of the generator.In order to solve these problems,the engine information acquisition subsystem based on engine integrated measurement and control system is designed in this paper.The information acquisition subsystem takes the high performance micro controller MPC5634 as the core,realizes the acquisition and analysis of the common sensor signal,special sensor signal and external test instrument for the engine,and uses the CAN bus as the communication medium to connect the distributed measurement and control equipment in the network.First of all,th in is paper introduces various sensors and external testing instruments involved the signal source of the engine information acquisition system,and classifies the sensors according to the categories of the signals,and introduces the working principle of all kinds of sensors and the communication signals of the external testing instruments.Secondly,based on the detailed analysis of the type of sensor signal and the communication signal type of the external testing instrument,the analog generator of these signals is designed,including the hardware circuit design and the signal output program design of the signal source analog generator.Then,corresponding signal conditioning circuits are designed for analog frequency signals,analog signals,switch signals and communication signals.In addition,CAN communication circuit is designed to complete the minimum circuit system of microcontroller MPC5634.Based on MPC5634,a signal acquisition program and CAN communication program are designed.Finally,a software testing platform is built based on virtual instrument LabVIEW to achieve CAN Data transceiver and real-time display of engine working conditions.The hardware and software of the engine information acquisition system are simulated and debugged.The results show that the information acquisition subsystem based on the engine comprehensive measurement and control system can complete the accurate and real-time acquisition of engine information,the CAN communication is flexible and efficient,and the upper computer has a good man-machine interface.
