With the deepening of automotive intelligence,many traditional sensors have been unable to meet the functional requirements of modern automobiles,and a high-performance sensor based on SENT output protocol is developed,which is gaining attention in the field of automotive manufacturing.More domestic vehicle parts manufacturers have began to research and development of this type of sensor.In the process of sensor development,it is necessary to analyze its performance by acquiring its output signal,therefore,equipping with a fully functional SENT signal acquisition system is already a necessary task for major vehicle enterprises.Targeting this actual market demand,a SENT signal acquisition system is designed to provide a practical option for vehicle enterprises.The acquisition system is based on the SENT J2716 communication protocol,and selects the mode of combining upper computer and lower computer.Lower computer adopts the STM8AF6213 microcontroller as the core of the main control circuit to capture the output SENT signal from sensors,and apply C programming language to realize signal decoding in microcontroller.Then,using the CH340 G serial port converter chip realizes the USB communication between upper and lower computers.Finally,the data is handled and preserved by Lab VIEW program in upper computer to achieve the purpose of data visualization.To ensure the accuracy of the data,the double CRC checksum mode is added to the system.After completion,the acquisition system was applied to multiple sensor performance test experiments based on SENT signal output,the experimental results show that the system operated normally and can satisfy the requirements of enterprises. |
