As the improving of vehicle speed, it is more and more important to enhance the test of bogie parameters, in order to ensure the safety and stability of train. In this paper, I have developed a data acquisition system for the parameter testing of the test-bed on the basis of structure of the parameter test and the test model. That the appearing of virtual instrument with computer technology and equipment of technology coming together developed a way for the establishment of large - scale data acquisition and control laboratory.Bogie tests can be realized on all suspension bogie parameters test. As part of the bogie test system of data acquisition system, its main function is collecting experimental data of the test and enter the computer processed, display and storage. This scenario uses NI LabVIEW as the system to develop software. Briefing on LabVIEW composition, characteristics, can realize the function and advantage of traditional instrument to compare. By using the data acquisition principle, I have designed the hardware system and software systems.Data acquisition system uses the PC-DAQ system and the universal serial communication system for data input and output. The hardware platforms include: computer which is mainly used for making collection system of the intelligent industry control, Sensor analog signal and digital signal input and output data acquisition card, expansion of external device of multi - serial port card, and simulation of signal pretreatment for collection contains signal conditioning circuit for signal conditioning module.Software design is that of developing the device driver of non-NI data acquisition cards hosting on the LabVIEW environment. Through the application of software and computer hardware platform combined effective.The.he device driver is the interface of the hardware, that's to say, computers can control the acquisition cards under the software environment with the development of data acquisition cards'driver functions. DLL of the acquisition card can be called by the LabVIEW's CLF interface function to develop the driver function. The software designing process of the data acquisition system is accomplished by configuring parameters of the interface functions, using the modulated graph G programming language of LabVIEW, writing, debugging and merging every piece of software module, the formation of the control interface data acquisition system then making all of the object code.This software system can collect, display and save data, as well as process and analyze them by applying the data processing and analyzing function in the LabVIEW. There still exist some noise, caused by different points due to the presence of such phenomena as nonlinear in the collected signals through the pre-process of the signal conditioning module. Therefore, it is important to filtering and fitting the signals with software for improving the accuracy of this collected data. Parameters can be more objective and reflect the real parameters of the current performance of the bogie.
