| The skid steer loader is a very practical small-scale engineering machinery, high efficiency,good mobility, and functional diversification is widely used in all walks of life. Work device andthe hydraulic system is an important part of the skid steer loader, its performance determines theperformance of the machine, so the study has important significance. Previous studies are basedon mathematical models and theoretical analysis, simplify the relevant factors, and thus does notaccurately reflect the actual performance of the system. To this end, the combination ofschool-enterprise cooperation projects, based on the simulation software to accurately establish thedevice and its hydraulic system simulation model and the experimental test, and thus better toanalyze the performance of the system of work.This paper first introduced the skid steer loaders and its working device, and detailed analysisof the working hydraulic system, especially the leveling system works, at the same time analyzedand calculated leveling system works. On this basis, based on the AMESim simulation software,established the various components of the working hydraulic system model and system mod-el,also established the model of working body through components in the institutional repositorycomponents, to better reflect the forces in action in the process of working device. Through thesimulation of different operating conditions, analyzed the work performance of the system.Through the comparative analysis of experiment and simulation to verify the correctness of thesimulation model, and analyzed the impact of the load, the engine and other factors on systemperformance, and thus to better analyze the performance of the system.The analysis of the skid steer loader working device and its hydraulic system, improved hy-draulic system to provide a reference method for skid steer loaders, it also can be applied in sys-tem design and improvement of other engineering machinery vehicles. |
