| China and other countries in the world regard the anti sliding ability of pavement as a separate management index.Whether it is new construction or maintenance management,there are strict technical standards in material performance,evaluation index,detection method and long-term performance investigation and research.The skid resistance of the road surface is very important for the safety of vehicles and personnel running at medium and high speed.Under the comprehensive action of vehicle tires,natural environment and other factors,the skid resistance of the road surface will gradually decline over time.It is very important to study the change law of anti sliding ability for implementing effective maintenance measures,using funds reasonably and reducing traffic accidents.The research methods mainly include statistical regression method and finite element simulation method.Finite element simulation needs to establish the relationship between the adhesion coefficient representing the anti sliding ability and the detection index MPD.Because the road surface texture elevation data corresponding to the same MPD is not unique,the correctness of the calculation results of the existing research adhesion coefficient is in doubt.At the same time,the existing studies are limited to evaluating the rationality of the constructed finite element model by using the measured anti sliding data of indoor specimens,and are not verified by the detection data of actual road pavement.In this paper,a new finite element simulation model of pavement anti sliding ability is constructed and verified by the detection data of LTPP test road.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The tire model is constructed by CAD,Hyper Mesh and ABAQUS,and the influence of different types of road surface texture elevation data on the calculation results of adhesion coefficient under the same MPD is evaluated.The results show that there are some fluctuations in the calculation results of adhesion coefficient under the same MPD.(2)A new interpolation function is obtained by using fractal theory and improved interpolation method,which can ensure the uniqueness of the three-dimensional coordinate points of the road surface texture after interpolation.On this basis,a three-dimensional road surface texture model consistent with the actual situation is generated.(3)The tire road contact model is established,and the sensitivity of the adhesion coefficient is analyzed.The results confirm the rationality of the numerical simulation model constructed in this paper.(4)The long-term test data of LTPP test road are compared with the simulation results of dynamic attenuation of anti sliding ability.The results show that the numerical simulation model constructed in this paper can obtain the prediction results of anti sliding ability which are consistent with the reality... |
