| The construction of the expressway has a profound significance.It plays an immeasurable role in promoting the rapid development of the society along the line and building the industrial belt along the line.In order to promote the development of this cause,the state specially compiled the "7918 net" in 2004.Highway projects often need to invest relatively large amounts of money,and at the same time,the recovery time is relatively long.Therefore,the government generally can not afford a high amount of funds.The BOT mode has the advantage of properly handling the shortage of funds and has been introduced into such projects.The concession agreement is an organic part of it,and its key parameter is the franchise period.It belongs to the economic parameters and time limits to distinguish the responsibilities of the engineering construction parties.To a great extent,it determines the division of the total revenue of the government and the enterprise.This subject begins with the interests of the parties,and discusses the influencing factors and decision-making of the parameters in detail so as to provide guidance and reference for the highway BOT project.In order to obtain a relatively scientific and effective concession period,this paper mainly discusses the main influencing factors of the index,and elaborate the effect of the total cost of the project on the size of the index.The main length of the paper is to predict the possible traffic volume that may be brought in the time range,and on this basis,a scientific and reasonable high speed toll standard is constructed.In order to achieve the highest social benefits,we summed up the impact of government roles and risks.This paper is based on the concession period decision model put forward by the experts,and establishes the model in this field.Taking the LG high speed as the research object,the reliability and rationality of the test are deeply and thoroughly tested,which lays the foundation for further discussion. |
