At present,the security design method for packaging machinery is still in its infancy for two reasons: On the one hand,due to the influence of traditional design methods,the safety design often starts after the completion of the design for the packaging machinery;on the other hand,the security definition is narrow and it is considered that the security problem only involves the harm caused to people.These make it difficult to guarantee the safety of packaging machinery.For this reason,this paper proposes a generalized security concept that all problems that cause damage to packaging machinery or workers are security issues,takes the solid particle material bagging system as the research object to analyze the security issues in its various development stages,and discusses its safety-related hardware and software design methods.The safety design of packaging machinery should be carried out concurrently with its development process and involve the mechanical,electrical and software components.This article adopts the improved 3+1 Sys ML view model electromechanical equipment design method to design the research project.According to the requirement,the system is divided into eight electromechanical equipment basic components(MTC),and detailed design is carried out for each component.On the other hand,in the aspect of security analysis,in the demand phase,unrelated safety analysis is carried out for the needs of the research project to predict the possible hazards.In the conceptual design,preliminary design and detailed design stages,the relevant safety analysis is performed and the fault tree is used to locate the possible hazards.Finally,risk maps are used to assess the risks that may occur,and safety design requirements and safety-related solutions are derived.Based on the safety requirements,improvements were made to the mechanical and electrical solutions.Based on the ISO13849 standard evaluation method,the safety electrical hardware was evaluated from the average dangerous failure time,diagnostic coverage,and common cause faults,and the required performance levels were achieved..In terms of safety software design,the functional safety part is implemented using the functional block defined by the PLCopen Safety standard,and the fault handling part refers to the PLCopen Safety standard to design the operating state machine.The functional blocks defined by the PLCopen Safety standard do not achieve certification.This paper builds a simulation model in UPPAAL based on the theory of time automata,and simulates and authenticates the safety function block and the entire safety software.
