The food packing machinery systems of our country has lower scientific and technological content, it is not meeting the development of food enterprises.in this paper, the most we care about is promoting the approach of food packing machine. By designing modular simulation, the filling problem of mixing solid and liquid food could be solved. With the development of technology, the packing machine integrate the design of packing machine system adopt to modular design and combine the sub-module to overall systemThrough packing machine system is done, we dismantling the system and analyze the function of all of them. Then modules combined into systems and system model we need predictive. In this period, the module of making bags in this system could save the time of manual labor. In the system material filling module is improved to take advantage of production efficiency and the accuracy of measure is also enhanced.
