With the rapid development of domestic economic strength,the national railway construction has made great strides in both quantity and quality.With the development of railway construction,the scale of public works machinery workshops has been increasing.The public works machinery workshop mainly checks and repairs the railway line to ensure the running safety of trains.Due to the variety and quantity of equipment under the jurisdiction of the workshop,as well as the spatial particularity of the arrangement of equipment and facilities,the basic performance of equipment is very weak,which greatly improves the particularity of workshop safety production management.The occurrence of safety accidents and equipment failure make the safety management of workshop more and more urgent.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate and analyze the safety production situation of the public works machinery workshop.The safety management of the public works workshop is a major issue concerning the operation of the railway.It is the basic responsibility of all railway workers to ensure the safety of the train.Are analyzed in this paper the research results about safety evaluation at home and abroad,are introduced and based on this general safety evaluation of railway maintenance workshop safety evaluation system,set up a relatively complete works of workshop safety evaluation index system,evaluate the works of workshop safety management status,at the same time,based on the evaluation results,effective measures are given to strengthen the management of public works workshop safety.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,the relevant theories of safety evaluation are analyzed and studied,and the relevant theoretical knowledge of safety evaluation is elaborated.At the same time,the laws and regulations of safety evaluation are studied and analyzed,and different types of safety evaluation indexes are carried out.It’s a systematic comparison.Second of all,the main cause of the maintenance workshop safety accident was analyzed,and through the relevant theoretical knowledge,safety assessment from the aspects of environment,personnel,equipment,etc,systematic analysis of the influence of different type of specific factors,building workshop safety evaluation system.Thirdly,different safety evaluation methods in the academic circle are analyzed and compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods are summarized.On this basis,AHP method is adopted to determine the weight of each index of safety evaluation of public works workshops,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for safety of railway public works workshops is established.Fourth,taking Beijing public works machinery workshop as an example and combining with the actual situation in the workshop,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is adopted to evaluate the safety management status of Beijing public works machinery workshop,and corresponding Suggestions are given according to the shortcomings of the evaluation results.
