With the rapid development of China's economy,people travel more and more frequently.The amount and use of private cars are in a rapid growth state for several years,followed by the emergence of various traffic problems,traffic congestion,air pollution,energy consumption and so on.At the same time,the construction of the city static traffic facilities is not synchronized with the rapid growth of the number of cars.The parking facilities in the city can not meet the parking needs,and the urban parking problem is becoming more and more prominent.This paper takes the parking resources of primary and secondary schools and the existing parking around the campus as the research objects.Through on-site investigation in primary and surrounding construction areas,parking facilities and parking conditions are obtained,and the feasibility of transfer and parking sharing is analyzed from time and space.Through the investigation of RP and SP,the parking behavior and the choice of parking are obtained.According to the 373 valid questionnaires obtained by the survey,BL model was constructed to analyze the factors affecting the parking behavior.The results show that 10 factors,such as monthly income,driving age and difficulty of finding parking space,have a significant impact on the choice of sharing and sharing of parking.The Elman neural network is used to predict the information of the vehicle in and out of the residential area.The predicted results are basically in line with the actual situation.The number of shared parking space in the residential area can be obtained by using the predicted data to provide support for the sharing of parking space.Relevant plans are put forward for the implementation of shared parking,and solutions and suggestions are put forward for the existing problems at this stage.Based on the parking demand of the shuttle trip,this paper combines the primary and secondary school with the surrounding parking resources,and makes full use of the existing parking lots of the school while giving full play to the advantages of the surrounding resources.It has extensive research value and practice significance on the full use of parking resources,alleviating urban parking contradictions and improving urban area communication environment.
