A considerable proportion of the planners in our country apply the planning index and the material data pattern to the layout of the road network.This way of road network planning is not very effective when facing the complex road network conditions.It can not better cope with the serious challenges facing the road network planning and construction of our country.The flexible road network planning ideas and the diversified road network are the parts of the road network planning.The key to the problem of road network in China.When compiling the road network plan,a considerable proportion of planners in China use the indicators of road network planning and teaching materials and the recommended indicators in the specifications.At the traffic level,the essence of the block system is the more extensive road resources to participate in the urban traffic operation,and promote the coordinated development and effective operation of all kinds of traffic modes.The theory and methods of the small distance and the dense road network to the road network planning are required.In the face of complex construction environment,terrain,landscape,road network conditions and other constraints,in the face of the road network planning technology requirements,flexible road network planning and diversified road network planning methods help to solve the problem.Urbanization and transportation planning in developed countries are preceded by China,and road network cases are abundant.This article seeks for a variety of flexible road network,analyzes its operation principles and traffic organization,and provides reference for our country to solve the road network planning.On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the conventional road network and the way of planning,the paper defines the special road network from three aspects of the distance of road network,the form of road layout and the connection of road nodes.The application of the special road network is analyzed,and the terrain barrier area is selected according to the characteristics of the special,functional and regional aspects.The road network case of traffic pressure area,triangle road network area and dry branch connection area.Compared with the domestic and international processing methods under the same circumstances,it is found that the special road network abroad has the characteristics of perfect channelization and flexible organization.According to the compilation system and planning sequence of urban planning in China,the special road network cases are divided into positive exploration on the local special road network,aiming at analyzing the feasibility of the simulation of the special road network case operation,and analyzing its advantages over the conventional road network planning and the special circumstances.Special and conventional road network is a relative concept,but the rules of traffic organization behind it are interconnected;it is quite difficult to clearly define special road network,and the organization and type of special road network are numerous.Special road network research is always on the road.Road network planning is associated with traffic demand and transportation organization.It puts forward higher requirements for planners' skills.Traffic simulation provides an effective tool for conception,inspection and expression planning.It is not conducive to the problem of copying,copying,non quantitative analysis and non visual analysis.It is not conducive to the effective solution of the problem.
