Research On Current Situation And Promotion Strategies Of Bottom Boundary Space Of Old Existing Residential Buildings

As the urbanization progresses,the problem of poor quality has appeared in most residential buildings constructed in the last century during the development and evolution process.The space environment of the residential buildings presents the overall recession phenomenon,and the vitality in the residential areas is losing gradually.In recent years,China has been attaching attention to this batch of problem residential areas,the large-scale reform in residential areas has been conducted nationally,and the quality improvement in residential areas becomes the social hotspot at present.As the most active place that residents exercise most frequently,bottom boundary space of buildings of residential areas brings the vitality for residential areas.However,in the evolution process of residential areas,a series of problems is generated,such as unreasonable layout of bottom functions,constructing private buildings,and disordered interface,which influences the quality of residential areas.On this basis,the problems of bottom boundary space of buildings of residential areas are studied,and its current situation is analyzed.In the process of analyzing the mechanism of current situation,the methods and strategies for improving the quality of residential areas are explored.In this paper,bottom boundary space of buildings of existing residential areas in Dalian is taken as the study object,the reform practices of bottom boundary space of buildings of domestic and overseas residential areas are sorted out and summarized based on the development process of domestic and overseas residential buildings.Through investigation and study on the current situation of bottom boundary space of buildings of existing residential areas in Dalian,the problems existed and development tendency are summarized on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and rules of its current situation.Based on the above stated background,the study is conducted from the following three aspects:In Part One,the current situation of domestic and overseas studies and the evolution process of domestic and overseas residential buildings are narrated.The necessity for studying the current situation of bottom boundary space of buildings of existing residential areas is proposed.Through practices’ parsing,bottom boundary space of buildings of existing residential areas is further discussed,and meanwhile,the reform methods suiting for bottom boundary space of buildings of existing residential areas are summarized,which provides a certain scientific basis for conducting investigation and study in the future and also for proposing the quality improvement strategies.In Part Two,it is started from three levels including residential areas,grouping and residential buildings,through investigation and study on bottom boundary space of buildings of existing residential areas in Dalian,the characteristics and rules are categorized and summarized,and moreover,its problems and development tendency are indicated.In Part Three,the targeted overall and subitem quality improvement strategies are proposed based on the current situation of bottom boundary space of buildings of existing residential areas.
