The Quality Management Research Of The Workers Training Program In Yingkou Port Group Corp

Yingkou Port locates in the convergence region between Silk Road Economic Belt and Maritime Silk Road.It is not only an important port for undertaking logistics transport in central Europe,but also an important hub port of Shenyang Economic Zone and Circum-Bohai-Sea Economic Zone.However,workers’ educational level and skills are poor,their age structures tend to be polarized,and there are common problems of low working performance and quality,low loyalty on organizations,and high mobility,thus the group needs to enhance the workers’ training quality urgently to meet the group’s development demands.This paper focuses on training quality of port enterprises,and aims at improving the quality management of worker training projects of Yingkou Port Group.Through study on current situation of workers’ training quality,the projecting points and shortcomings during worker training are summarized and the causes are analyzed in this paper.Tool for Quality Management—house of quality is introduced to realize quality function conversion based on workers’ demands,thus to form quality control factor model.In the end,the corresponding strategies are proposed specially aiming at the improving direction of current situation of quality management of worker training of Yingkou Port.The specific contents include the following five parts:Part One,the introduction of research background and research contents.The discussion on this part makes the research subject further clarified,which sorts out the writing framework for the research.Part Two,research overview.Two key concepts of worker training and project quality management are made clear through research overview.Moreover,worker training experience and lessons of Ningbo Port,Tianjin Port and Dalian Port are summarized,which provides the necessary basis for quality control of worker training project of Yingkou Port.Part Three,the current situation of quality management of worker training project of Yingkou Port is analyzed.The current situation of worker training project of Yingkou Port is made clear through company overview,summary of current worker training situation,as well as quality analysis of worker training projects.The logical basis and theoretical basis points are provided for exploring problem causes and improvement countermeasures from four aspects including human factors,equipment factors,materials,methods,and environment.Part Four,analyzing quality problem and forming factor control model of quality management.This part is the emphasis of this paper.Aiming at the deficiencies founded,the causes are analyzed firstly,including traditional training model,old training methods,and unsound training evaluation system.On this basis,the questionnaires of control factor importance of worker training quality are formed.The conversion from customer demand factor to product feature factor is realized through using Quality Function Deployment(QFD)tool house of quality on this basis.In the end,the quality control factor of worker training project of Yingkou Port is formed.Part Five,research on improvement of worker training quality of Yingkou Port and supporting measures.The training quality management countermeasures are proposed combining with the actual situation of Yingkou Port Group,and namely,establishing the worker training system with the characteristics of Yingkou Port.The improvement and promotion strategies are mainly conducted from the aspects including “human”,“machine”,“material”,and “environment”,etc.,forming strategies of four aspects including meeting the dignity demands of the trained staff,completing the system environment and organization culture of worker training,promoting the ability of the trained objects with the reasonable mode,and perfecting the organization environment of worker training.Based on optimization measures,the supporting measures which are mainly implemented from the aspects of “human”,“machine”,“material”,and “environment” on worker training system of Yingkou Port Group are stated.The efficiency of quality management of worker training project of Yingkou Port Group is realized through the research on quality management of workers’ training project of Yingkou Port Group,reaching the purposes of promoting project quality management effect and realizing project development efficiency.The project quality management solutions in the case will also provide experience references for other port enterprises in terms of worker training problems.
