The Relevant Study Of Accident Information Collection And Accident Causes In Freeway

In the past ten years,China has attached great importance to road traffic safety and has taken a series of measures and achieved great achievements.However,the freeway traffic safety situation is still very serious,the proportion of freeway accidents is increasing year by year,and the frequent occurrence of serious traffic accidents has caused serious damage.The information investigation of current freeway accident mainly focuses on the division of responsibility,and the information data of accident is not comprehensive and accurate so that the intrinsic reasons of traffic accident can not get the in-depth analysis.Therefore,it is difficult to proceed the profound study and the establishment of targeted prevention measures,which seriously restricts the progress of related research on our country freeway traffic safety.Based on the surveys and statistics about the freeway traffic accidents,the traffic volume and the design documents of Zhejiang province,these factors,such as the time,space,form,reason distribution law and security features of freeway traffic accidents are systematically analyzed.At the same time,these sections,such as interchange,tunnel,continuous downhill,and toll station are regarded as the typical ones to study the characteristics of vehicle operation and traffic accidents.The influential factors of the freeway traffic accidents are analyzed from multiple factors including people,vehicles,highway,environment and etc.Through the detailed comparative study of the domestic and international traffic accidents information gathering projects,according to the defects of our country highway traffic accidents information gathering projects,and combined with the characteristics of freeway traffic in China and the need of traffic safety research,the freeway traffic accident information acquisition project table of our country is established in the end.The currently commonly used theories and analysis methods of traffic accidents causes are comparatively analyzed.And the principal component analysis method is adopted to establish the cause model of freeway macro traffic accidents,while the fault tree is used to build up the cause model of freeway micro traffic accidents.More importantly,some accidents examples are applied to make the analysis,as provides a method for the scientific analysis of highway accidents causes,is of great importance for the formulation of the macro policy about our country freeway safety management and for the establishment of the targeted prevention measures,and offers data support to the proceeding of related research about the freeway traffic safety.
