After years of research and development,the domestic construction hoist inland has made great progress from the initial imitation to the possession of independent innovation technology.But compared with developed countries,there is still a big gap,especially in the structure design and material distribution.This paper give a lightweight method,aimed at these questions such as the complex structure of construction elevator and reasonable material distribution,the main work done in this paper is as follows:1.According to the overall structure of the construction hoist,choose the suspension cage and guide rail frame of construction hoist as object of study,which have the mass accounts for the most and the most complex construction,combined with the specific structure of the suspension cage and guide rail frame to develop lightweight research program.2.Based on GB / t 10054-2005 construction hoist,the lightweight of suspension cage was studied.In the conceptual design stage,combined with the operation conditions of the construction hoist,the topology optimization of the suspension cage is carried out,and the manufacturability of the topology optimization results is verified.In the detailed design stage,the initial dimensions of the components of the original suspension cage are determined by referring to the basic shapes of the components of the original suspension cage,and the basic dimensions of the components of the suspension cage are further optimized by adopting size optimization.3.A new section model is obtained by optimizing the topology of the section of the main components of the guide rail frame.According to the different installation height of the guide rail frame,and according to the different installation height,to perform size optimization to the standard section main chord wall thickness.4.The finite element strength analysis and modal analysis are used to verify the optimization results of the cage and guide rail frame,and the optimized cage and guide rail frame model is improved according to the analysis results.The lightweight effect was tested by optimizing the use volume comparison of the materials of the front and rear suspension cages and the guide rail frame.On the basis of ensuring the strength and rigidity of the suspension cage and guide rail frame,the optimized design is carried out,the structure is rearranged,and the optimal material distribution is obtained,thus providing design reference for relevant enterprises and realizing the lightweight of the suspension cage and guide rail frame.
