As the current domestic highway construction has a strong momentum,and with the continuous investment of the state and the government in infrastructure construction,the requirements for the construction of asphalt pavement are also increasing.As a small road milling machine,wheel milling machine is an important equipment in the mechanization and modernization of the road.The current road construction not only requires the quality,but also requires the time and efficiency.This requires digital control of the milling machine,which can increase the efficiency of the milling operation and the reliability of the milling machine.This paper aims at the development and research of digital control of a certain type of one-meter wheel milling machine.Through analyzing and studying the various subsystem modules of the control system,the hardware system and software system design are determined,and the control system and control scheme are verified through experiments.The main research content of the paper is as follows:(1)The composition,control principle and functional requirements of the control system and various subsystems of the one-meter wheel milling machine were studied.Through the structural analysis of the control system of the one-meter wheel milling machine,the control scheme of the complete machine was determined.(2)The modular design,analysis and study of the travel control system,lift control system,feed control system,and auxiliary control system were respectively carried out,and corresponding control schemes were formulated.(3)Corresponding hardware system and software system design for the control system.A reasonable allocation of interfaces for each functional module that needs to be controlled.The software system includes PID adjustment function,PWM adjustment function,analog acquisition algorithm,keyboard scan algorithm and fault diagnosis algorithm.(4)The simulation model of the adaptive control system for driving speed was established by AMEsim software to verify the feasibility of adaptive control scheme for driving speed.The PWM output and switching output of the control system were tested separately to verify the feasibility and reliability of the control system.
