Arm Embedded Microprocessor In The Milling Machine Cnc System In Applied Research,

With the function and the using performance ,the travel system and cutter system power change regular and influence factors and the relation between the two factors of the milling machine analyzed, the control object and control project are put forward. Whether the ARM embedded microprocessor (S3C44B0X) is suitable to be used in this control system is also talked in this paper. According to the requirements of the digital shifting system, power adaptive system and the working state parameter gathering and showing system and in coordination with designing technique, the hardware design and software design have been accomplished. At last indoors and outdoors tests have been carried out in the usage of the control system of experiment. The tests results show that the designed control system is feasible in technology; the use of it is dependable.
