| The starting point of this thesis is the status quo of electric control system of milling machine at home and abroad and the existing problems, combined with the project of XCMG XM220 cold milling machine control system, analysis of the composition and the function of each part.This paper uses an electric proportional variable pump and four hydraulic proportional variable motor, the displacements of pump and motor are stepless adjustable, which can realize stepless adjustable speed, can meet the construction needs of the maximum speed. The cooling fan control system was studied. The rotational speed of the fan is composed of water temperature, hydraulic oil temperature, coolant temperature, to achieve closed-loop control.The system has been in a relatively ideal working condition. In order to realize the anti slip control, a four way shunt valve is arranged between the running pump and the motor. In order to achieve synchronization anti slip control between the four tracks, three positions of the shunt valve(free wheel, coarse and fine points) were switched by flow control valve.This paper focuses on the research of the core technology of the electric control system of milling machine-- the adaptive power control of walking system and rotor system. Aiming at light load and heavy load, this article carries on the adjustment of engine speed and throttle opening, to meet the distribution of the engine power utilization in extreme conditions.In this paper, without changing the existing manual operation mode, the wireless remote control system of milling machine is controlled in the 0- 200 meter distance to achieve unmanned operation and improve the milling efficiency and automation level.Finally, the hardware of the control system, framework of software design and part of control programs are given. |
