| How to use new information technology to reduce building energy consumption and improve energy efficiency is not only the focus of the current research on energy conservation and emission reduction in construction industry in China,but also the important direction of National building evelopment policy and rural construction.With the continuous improvement of the living standards of rural residents and the further development of the new rural construction,the number of new agricultural buildings in rural areas is increasing,These newly built agricultural houses have made great improvements in terms of structural safety and use functions,but because most of the rural buildings are built by local farmers themselves in China,there is no scientific building design and professional construction team,lack of design and optimization methods for rural characteristics building energy conservation and interior environmental quality improvement,which leads to such outstanding problems as waste of resources,increase in building energy consumption and environmental quality.Computer-aided design is a widely used design tool and technology at home and abroad.The construction information model(BIM)is an information technology widely used in architectural design in recent years.It has been used more often in the energy-saving design of urban buildings,but it is less common in the energy-saving design and optimization of rural buildings.Through the establishment of BIM technology platform,the whole process of energy saving activities design and construction in rural buildings can be dynamically adjusted and optimized,and the efficiency of energy saving design in rural buildings can be significantly improved.This paper selects rural residential buildings as the research object,analyzes the applicability of BIM technology in rural architectural energy conservation design,puts forward a method of rural architectural energy conservation design and constructs a design model of rural architectural energy conservation based on BIM.Proposing the design optimization factor of BIM energy saving design.The design optimization index of energy saving including energy consumption,cost,thermal environment quality,new energy utilization and functional practicability is established.This paper puts forward the determination step of energy saving design optimization scheme based on BIM.Based on the energy saving design optimization of a new agricultural house in Houchen Village,Hainan Province,this paper studies the application of information model(BIM)technology in rural buildings through field investigation and measurement.Taking the advantages of BIM platform building information sharing,the thermal performance,indoor energy consumption,indoor lighting and solar energy utilization to conduct energy consumption analysis.The cost analysis of the construction and energy consumption cost of the case building is also carried out.Three options for the optimization of energy saving design of the case building are proposed.The results show that this method has good applicability and can bring good energy saving benefit to rural buildings. |
