The work of building energy efficiency in China has achieved preliminary results in urban areas,but it is still in the initial stage in rural areas.In winter,the indoor temperature is difficult to increase,and the main problem facing rural residential buildings is high energy consumption.The essence of this problem is the low level of the rural residential building,the performance of the envelope structure does not meet the energy conservation design standards,and the unreasonable layout of rural houses.The non-energy saving problem of the building body has seriously affected the lives of rural residents in the JingJin-Ji region and the image of the region.The Chinese government has formulated the design standards for residential buildings to save energy by 30%,50%,65%,and 75%.The work of building energy conservation in urban areas has been carried out earlier,and the work of energy conservation renovation has achieved remarkable results.Is different from the centralized management of the urban areas,scattered rural residential building,energy conservation work late start,the energy conservation standard promote progress is slow,urgent need of a new construction method of building energy-saving renovation and upgrade,prefabricated building way as the expression of industrialization construction tool,apply it to the geographical position is superior,the economy is relatively developed BeijingTianjin-Hebei region to solve the above problems can be a more efficient and more normative implementation of building energy efficiency design standards,more has its important significance.Given the lack of energy-saving of agricultural houses in the Jing-Jin-Ji region,the present situation of building envelope structure was investigated and summarized.Energy-saving design is carried out from the shape and layout of the building body,and four building forms of agricultural houses are designed,and the structure of the envelope is designed according to different energy-saving design standards(50%,65%,75%).The energy consumption and indoor comfort of building form 2 and 3 are simulated with De ST and Airpak software to judge whether the Settings of the storehouses on the ground floor and the underground storehouses are energy saving.24 kinds of envelope combination schemes were simulated for 4 building forms,the advantages and disadvantages of the combination of heat transfer coefficient of the envelope were pointed out,and finally,3 kinds of envelope combination schemes(energy saving 50%,65%,75%)were determined.After the completion of the building ontology design,the energysaving agricultural house assembly building design,including structural design,modular design,and the design of components.Taking building form 1 as an example,the economic analysis and environmental benefits analysis of traditional construction methods and prefabricated construction methods are analyzed.It is suggested that the minimum energy saving of residential buildings in rural areas should meet the requirement of the design standard of 65% energy efficiency.On this basis,different energy-saving building schemes should be selected according to the different economic capacity and housing demand.
