Research Of Key Energy-Saving Technologies Of Electronic Industrial Buildings In Suzhou

Energy saving is a hot issue of the current international,which also is report on the work as an important content by our government at the present stage.With the development of our country’s economy,the energy consumption is also rising in our country,and the importance of energy conservation and emissions reduction is becoming important and imperative.Energy saving throughout all aspects of social life,the proportion of energy efficiency of building in total energy efficiency is very large in the whole society.As the energy-intense of the society,the burden of saving energy of the industrial building is more responsibility,and is also the important development direction.Flocking to the trend of building energy efficiency of residential buildings and public buildings,at the same time,the people also begin to actively explore the way of industrial building energy consumption reduction in the design of industrial architecture.Industrial building energy conservation is an important part of building energy efficiency work,and the development of electronic industry in China has more than 80 years,and has become an important pillar of the national economy.But at present,there is no specific energy-saving standards for electronics industrial buildings,also lack of corresponding energy saving technology.This article is in view of the electronic factory,whose characteristic is need cooling throughout the year,and the load of system is stable and less volatile year-round.In this background,this article view building palisade structure and energy dissipation devices as the research object,by reference to《green industrial building evaluation standard》(GB/T 50878-2013)and 《 public building energy efficiency technology standard 》(GB50189-2015)etc,doing the research of application analysis and skills analysis and etc.First of all,based on the building energy consumption investigation a group of electronics industries in Suzhou,at the same time,it simultaneously examines the structures of the architectures,energy consumption of equipment(air conditioning systems,lighting systems and other systems)and running condition,and discusses the design of industrial building envelope structure and energy consumption equipment in the energy conservation issue.Secondly,based on the data of energy consumption survey,it has analyzed the energy consumption from the respects of electricity,coal and gas of process production equipments and to find out the key to energy conservation.Finally,on the basis of the survey data,it proposes the key energy-saving technologies from the single building,building structure,building palisade structure and energy consumption equipment of electronics industrial building in,which is active enengy efficiency design 、 passive energy-saving reconstruction 、 strengthening the management and improving the consciousness of energy conservation,that has a certain reference value to the energy-saving of electronic industrial buildings and other industrial buildings.
