Research On The Manufacturing Quality Management For Company A

Manufacturing quality control is the topic in the manufacturing industry field forever.To improve manufacturing technology and quality level,manufacturing quality cost down and increase global competitiveness,which is the goal pursued by enterprises.To realize this goal,we must research on the effective approaches of manufacturing quality control,in order to achieve continuous improvement of the manufacturing control system,the prevention of defects,the reduction of variation and waste.Therefore,how to establish the research on the management of manufacturing quality control under local conditions and continuous effective manufacturing quality has become a hot topic in the industry,and it is also an important issue to be studied to realize the goal of China's manufacturing power.This thesis is based on the manufacture quality situation and the trend in the future of automotive industry.To research the manufacture quality control approaches and its implementation in company A based on the relationship of manufacture quality theory and practices both domestic and abroad.Taking the company A as using the methods of literature research,graphic relation and SWOT tool to study the manufacture quality control condition in company A,in order to identify the major problem on the control approaches,including the gap between the manufacture quality control system and the actual operation,quality problem focus issue,the nonconformity of manufacture approaches.Based on the analysis by internal and external sides,to identify the major problems on quality control approaches,performance appraisal methods,manufacture quality problem solving approaches.To analyze the condition outsource and in house,to analyze the internal facts including the quality management system building,the priority identification of manufacture quality problem,the approaches of the manufacture quality control,which was put forward a coordinated development strategy by twisting strategy and defensive strategy.Based on the strategic guidance and company A own strength,this thesis puts forward the core process of manufacturing quality control,focusing on full employee involvement,reduction of waste and losses,refining standards and methods.KAIZEN and 8D will be the outputs of manufacturing quality improvements Through the research on the manufacturing quality control management of company A,this thesisgives a set of flexible procedure,implementation method and corresponding safeguard measures which are widely used in the manufacturing quality control.It provides practical reference and logical thinking for the core competitiveness of the forging manufacturing enterprises.
