The construction quality of nuclear power plants is particularly important due to the special safety problems.As an important module in the nuclear island of SF nuclear power project,the CA structure module mainly forms a certain independent area for the nuclear island and auxiliary building,and serves as a template for the structural wall and floor,as well as stairs and other auxiliary structures.Because CA class structure module has the largest quantity and tonnage,and there is a lot of construction structure at the nuclear power plant site,and some feedback on the CA class structure module manufacturing quality and on-site assembly dimension problems fed back at SF Unit 1 nuclear power plant site,caused certain repair and rework events,and there was certain construction schedule delay,which caused the advantages of modular construction was not fully exerted.Therefore,analyzing the manufacturing process of CA structure module of SF nuclear power project and improving the manufacturing quality of the module will significantly promote the construction of subsequent nuclear power projects.This thesis with SF nuclear power project Unit 1 CA class structure module manufacturing process and quality situation as the research object,using the method of literature study,case study and quantitative study,information lookup,personnel interview,collects manufacturing process quality related records,surveys the current quality management organization setting,quality control,management,quality management system documents and implementation experience,quality improvement in the process of the status quo and existing in the management of feedback quality problem;In view of the quality problems analyzed,tracing back to the source,puts forward the improvement measures to solve the problems,and verifies them,and studies and evaluates the improvement effect by comparing the improvement measures before and after.The main research results are as follows:(1)through the research on the product quality problem and quality management process of CA structure module of SF nuclear power plant unit 1 project,the defects of the quality management procedure in the organization were found out;Production and process functions are incorporated into one department for management in the organization.In terms of process documents,examination,review and brief are strengthened,meanwhile,the effectiveness of the supervision and inspection,experience feedback are improved.with the method for follow-up quality control of CA structure module improved,the current quality management method and process is optimized.(2)through the analysis of specific quality cases,with consideration of relevant interviews,the key points,difficulties and control points of manufacturing quality of CA structure modules of unit 1 were identified.Through the improvement and optimization of allowance control,anti-deformation control,change control and other aspects,the manufacturing quality of CA structure module of unit 2 has been greatly improved.(3)Through summarizing and refining the improvement measures,a set of process standardization documents and inspection standardization documents are finalized,related technology,production and inspection work are standardized and constrained,which laid a good foundation for the subsequent manufacturing of similar products.(4)The research on automatic welding technology was carried out,which laid a foundation for the follow-up similar products to carry out automatic welding work.(5)The IDM change management software system was established,which improved the level of information in the organization.(6)The "list-based management " was put forward,which provides work ideas for the follow-up quality management and organizational management.The above measures have optimized the quality management process of the organization,regulated and constrained the manufacturing activities,effectively improved the quality status of the CA structure in subsequent nuclear power projects,and will also bring some help to other parties.
