Research On The Evolution And Dynamic Mechanism Of The Jobs-housing Space In Wuhan Based On Multi-sources Data

Residence and employment are the main functions and spatial elements of urban development.Living space is an important carrier of residents' life and social interaction.As a key element to measure the development of social economy,the employment space directly reflects the social economic and industrial development of the city.Travel behavior is an important medium to link jobs-housing space.Reasonable organization of residence and employment space is an important way to promote coordinated development of urban space and transportation system.Under the background of rapid urbanization and motorization.City size and population growth are very fast.Under the dual promotion of housing market and suburbanization.The urban spatial structure and the layout of the land have changed.The residential space has been developed from the traditional "jobs-housing aggregation" to the "mixture of jobs-housing".Under the market economy and government intervention,it is gradually transformed into a "commercialized" living space.At the same time industry and other enterprises migrate to the suburbs.The modern service industry is concentrated in the central area of the city.It leads to a series of urban problems,such as increasing the distance of commuting,traffic congestion,environmental deterioration,and waste of resources.This paper further analyzes the evolution process of the relationship between jobs-housing space,and discusses the leading factors and mechanisms that affect the distribution of jobs and residence in each stage.It has important practical significance to reasonably distribute the distribution of living population and jobs,and optimize the layout of urban space.This paper first summarizes the theories and researches of residents' residence,employment and commuting behavior at home and abroad.The main characteristics of calendar planning since Wuhan's reform and opening up were systematically reviewed.With three time nodes in 2000,2010 and 2016,such as LandScan 2000 globalpopulation data,census data,economic census data,LBS trajectory data,land use data,road network,bus line distribution and other multi-sources data are used.From the two dimensions of administrative divisions and streets,we have studied the evolution trend and travel behavior characteristics of Wuhan's post occupation housing since 2000.The research shows that the overall degree of job dislocation is relatively reasonable in Wuhan.The degree of space matching is increasing.At the same time,the mechanism of urban space development orientation,land supply policy,housing supply policy,industrial development policy and transportation facilities construction are also analyzed.The mechanism of the various stages of Wuhan vocational and residential space evolution is analyzed.Finally combined with the "Wuhan 2049 vision development plan",we put forward the construction of "one main three pairs of four districts",and put forward a series of optimization strategies from the zoning and street scales.To provide reference and reference for promoting the transformation of distant space structure and the relative balanced development of the living space in Wuhan.
