Study On The Application Of PPP Model In Landscape Engineering

With the rapid development of China's economy,the government has put forward the development strategy of building a beautiful China,the rise of urbanization in various parts of the country,and the growing demand for urban municipal pipeline network,transportation infrastructure,sewage treatment facilities and landscape projects,but these projects involve a wide range of investment,large amount of rigid demand.Prosperous,local governments in the absence of special economic industry support,the project funding and project payment capacity is increasingly difficult,in order to solve the current contradiction,PPP coconstruction model came into being.Landscape engineering plays an important role in urban construction,so it is of great significance to study its cooperation process and construction scheme.The research background and current research status of PPP model are summarized,puts forward the purpose,method and innovation of this study;secondly,it analyzes the application of PPP model in landscape engineering,including project risk allocation,operation mode,transaction structure,contract system,regulatory framework.Project procurement and other aspects,to provide specific implementation plans for the PPP model in landscape engineering to promote the application of reference.
