Shield machines are called full-surface tunnel boring machines and are now commonly used in urban tunnels,municipal construction,water conservancy and hydropower,and other tunnel projects.With the rapid development of economy and science and technology,coupled with its important direction of use,shield machines are used in China.Use gradually wider.Although the construction of urban subways and other projects using shield machines has brought great convenience to the general public's transportation and life,the leakage of electric motors has often plagued construction workers.Leakage of electric motors will not only affect the use of shield machines.Affecting the construction process will also bring about great safety problems for the staff.For the current use of shield motor in engineering construction site,due to the fact that the construction site is prone to water accumulation and the environment is humid,the electrical circuit of the shield motor is staggered and complex,and it is very easy to happen in the environment where the leakage resistance decreases,and the chance of electric shock for construction workers is increased.This paper takes the shield motor leakage as the research object,proposes the overall design scheme of the shield motor leakage monitoring system based on Zigbee wireless network technology.The acquisition system of the leakage current of the shield motor,the signal transmission system,the structure and working principle of the receiving system were analyzed,and the leakage current data of the motor was extracted.The sensor interface and signal conditioning circuit hardware system are given,and the relevant components are selected.The median filter and wavelet denoising method are used to perform anti-jamming processing on the detected leakage signal of the motor to ensure the accuracy of the data.Using Labview software as the man-machine dialogue platform,a software system for monitoring the leakage of shield motor was designed.Combining computer and virtual instruments,the monitoring of leakage current parameters of shield motor and the display,storage and query of signals were realized.If the residual current detectors,residual current transformers,and Zigbee wireless transmission devices are integrated and installed on the shield motor,the monitoring personnel can use shielded motors in the shield control room to run the corresponding software through the IPC of the control room.In the non-stop state,the shield motor leakage current monitoring,leakage current signal anti-jamming processing,data storage and report generation functions.The simulation of the motor leakage monitoring system verified the feasibility and correctness of the system.The experimental results prove that this design has a simple structure,is economical and reliable,has certain practical value and marketing significance,and has system compatibility and extensibility.It provides a technical platform for subsequent system upgrade and intelligent expansion.
