Water is the source of life,and the real freshwater resources available for human use are very limited.Water leakage in the water supply pipe network will not only cause waste of water resources,but also bring about problems such as environmental pollution and the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,it is very necessary to monitor water leakage events in the water supply network area.A wired,low-intelligence,and energy-loss water leakage detection system is the main feature of my country’s water leakage detection system.There are many problems in the actual application environment.Based on the research and analysis of the optical fiber distributed sensing technology and the Internet of Things technology,this paper effectively combines the two technologies to break through the traditional water leakage monitoring technology,and designs an intelligent wireless optical fiber sensor water leakage monitoring system for the Internet of Things.First of all,this article introduces the relevant background of water leakage detection and the current research status of water leakage detection at home and abroad.Then,starting from the requirements of the mission objectives,the overall design plan of the system is determined by analyzing the mission requirements,and the research and development goals of the low power consumption,high accuracy and high reliability of the wireless water leakage monitoring system of the Internet of Things are determined.The sensing layer of the front end of the Internet of Things is a fiber-optic water leakage sensor.This paper uses the principle that a water leakage event will change the refractive index of the medium in the coupling area of the fiber-optic sensing point and cause a sudden change in the output light intensity,and the fiber-optic water leakage sensor is designed.It gives full play to the characteristics of optical fiber distributed sensing technology that can be distributed and continuously measured in one-dimensional space and integrate "transmission" and "sense".In view of the characteristics of optical fiber output light intensity signal,a series of signal processing circuits are designed;compared with various wireless Internet of Things communication technologies,the network layer of the Internet of Things is based on the lowpower wireless sensor network transmission technology Zigbee,research and design a multihop pair The wireless self-organizing sensor network,which realizes the wireless communication between the sensing layer water leakage signal and the application layer water leakage monitoring upper computer.It focuses on the circuit design of the CC2530 core chip and the use of the Zig Bee protocol stack,and explains the software design of the coordinator and terminal nodes;the Io T application layer uses the virtual instrument software Labview to design the wireless water leakage monitoring host computer to realize the leakage signal and system work The real-time monitoring of the status finally realizes a distributed,high-precision intelligent wireless water leakage monitoring and early warning system.Finally,the hardware circuit of the system and the entire sensor network are tested.The test results show that the sensor network of the system can stably realize data transmission and meet the task requirements of the system.
