With the development of society, the progress of industry, many large industrialequipment,plant emergence of industrial equipment in order to make these long-termsafe and stable operation,real-time control system operating status and parameters,themonitoring system is essential,but early wired surveillance systems requirecumbersome and complex connections, and costly, there are a lot of limitations, butmore importantly in modern industrial applications, such as high-risk due to thepresence of some special circumstances, is not easy to repair and maintain directcontact operation, the advent of wireless monitoring system a good solution to theseproblems. This article is aimed at large-scale solar collector device designed for ashort-range wireless monitoring platform, the main settlement and other equipmentworking in various parts of the state signal acquisition, processing andcommunication problems in toxic, high temperature, high pressure, flammable andother dangerous situations, and from the system low-power reliability, and accuracyof the data node departure.Solar heat collecting apparatus testing system is a highly efficient solar radiationabsorption, while converting solar energy into other forms of energy, the apparatusaccording to the actual needs of paper designed a short-range wireless monitoringsystem. First of all kinds of wireless networks in-depth analysis and comparison ofselected communication protocol ZigBee standard system designed to MSP430F149and CC2530F256as the core controller wireless sensor nodes, and wireless gatewaysoftware and hardware design, build Star based ZigBee wireless sensor networkplatform specifications; various wireless sensor nodes each part of the system statussignal real-time acquisition, including temperature, strain, pressure and flow sensorsignal, and in the acquisition of these terminal nodes data, simple data analysis andprocessing, and then sent to the sink node via ZigBee wireless network, data fusionprocess again, the final result will be processed through the serial port is sent to themonitoring center show that to achieve a short-range wireless monitoring solarcollector device.In addition, taking into account the wireless nodes are battery-powered,long-term stability in order to work as much as possible, but also on the nodes of the low-power design, power consumption of the node system based on the analysis ofthe main core control chip uses low-power wireless communication and reduce datavolume measures, calculated by adding the controller and processing power, thatsacrifice processor CPU resources to reduce wireless network traffic load, to saveenergy, greatly extending the life of wireless nodes.Finally, the system performance is tested and analyzed, including networkcommunications test, frame error rate testing, low power consumption and systemtest data analysis; summarizes the work done by the system as well as shortcomings,the next step to be done detailed analysis and outlook conducted.
