Shield tunneling technology in China has developed rapidly in recent years.With the economic growth of our country,many cities are speeding up infrastructure construction,especially in the inter-city track,underground excavation,water conservancy construction,power engineering and integrated pipe gallery.Shield segment assembly machine is a set of hydraulic drive,PLC automatic control,communication transmission and electro-hydraulic control and other multidisciplinary technology in one,used for segment assembly construction equipment,is to ensure the quality of shield tunneling construction of a very important component system.The working principle of segment assembling machine is to operate the key or rocker switch on the assembling remote controller,transmit the signal by radio frequency,then control the corresponding hydraulic valve group,and then drive the hydraulic cylinder and other actuators.Segment assembly machine equipped with a variety of signal sensors,such as travel sensors,angle sensors,oil pressure sensors and flow sensors to help constructors control the assembly machine to complete the segment assembly.Wireless control technology is a comprehensive technology.It first modulates all kinds of control signals,then transmits them to the single-chip computer for processing,then decodes them by radio frequency communication technology to the single-chip computer of the receiver,and then after a series of filtering and amplification,finally uses PLC control technology to control the movement of some actuators.This paper takes a Herrenknecht earth pressure balance shield machine used in the first phase of the civil engineering of Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 14 [Taihe Station-Zhuliao Station] as the research object;assembling the panel of the shield machine Some problems existing in the actual use of the control system;and the analysis of the comprehensive related literature,the application research of the domestic and foreign research status and development trend of the related technology of the segment assembly machine;Finally,the MSP430 MCU is used to design the software and hardware structure of the original wired transmission control system of the shield segment assembly machine.The combination of wireless control technology and segment assembly technology makes the engineering controller to be miniaturized and portable,reduces the working intensity of operators,improves the maneuverability,and reduces the original failure rate of cable control,and improves the reliability of equipment.With the continuous advancement of technology in the future,technologies such as electrical control,wireless communication and robot intelligenceare also rapidly developing.The assembly opportunities for segments are more intelligent and simple,and they are also more reliable,more energy-efficient and safer.
