Taoxian International Airport Under Delayed Aircraft Security Risk Assessment And Management System Construction

In recent years,along with the rise of China’s economic power,people’s lives have improved and the pace of work has accelerated.As a result,people’s travel needs have become stronger and stronger,which has greatly promoted the rapid development of the civil aviation industry.The safety issue is an important issue for the enduring civil aviation industry.“Safety First” is also the primary principle for the development of the civil aviation industry over the years.Among the various issues in the civil aviation industry,airports provide the most basic facilities for flight protection.For passengers and goods,the airport is the most important gathering place.Therefore,in the discussion of the issue of civil aviation safety and security,the airport is responsible for safety.The most important part.Due to the continuous increase in the use of aircraft,and the widespread use of transportation and travel,a large number of delays in flights at airports have become more frequent.As a result,the security risks have also received attention from all walks of life.Therefore,for the current civil aviation industry,In terms of development,early risk prediction and risk analysis are crucial.This paper mainly uses Shenyang Taoxian International Airport as the research object,combining the author’s years of experience in the airport and the understanding of Taoxian Airport,resulting in the actual operation of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport in recent years due to various reasons.The comprehensive and systematic analysis of flight delays combined with actual judgments and studies on the various possible influencing factors causing aircraft delays and security risks.This article analyzes the current level of risk management in China’s civil aviation transportation industry,especially civil airports,based on relevant data.Through scientific analysis methods,we understand the current hidden dangers in the safety management of civil aviation industry and the problems in the risk assessment to ensure the civil aviation industry.Rapid and healthy development,in order to cope with the greater demand of the economic development on the air transport industry,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system is an important issue that needs to be urgently addressed.This paper first analyzes the current flight situation and the level of airport safety management in China’s civil aviation industry,and introduces the current situation of flight delay and airport safety management.Followed by the introduction of the flight delays,security risks and other related concepts.Thirdly,the actual situation of Taixian International Airport and the actual management of risk management are briefly introduced.Finally,using the MMEM theory,from the personnel subsystem,equipment and facilities subsystems and so on a comprehensive analysis,the establishment of flight delays under the airport security risk assessment index system,and put forward the safety management program.
